Chance to Build Social skills, Awarness and Resilience in Small Groups
Service Description
Our theraputic creative sessions with a qualified counsellor are offered fortnightly over the course of 8 at sessions at Castlefield Community Center Hampton. The creative cooking groups enables the participants to develop cooking skills, social skills, boost confidence and build resilience in a supportive enviroment. The paricipants will get to cook the food and enjoy the food cooked in the center. Other activities in the program includes: mindfuleness, art and gardening. The cost is $189 or less depending on number of participants. Duration is 2 hours and 30min. The sessions are NDIS funding available and cost of supplies are included in the price. The sessions are operated fortnightly 12:50pm Thursday. Small group sizes are up to 4 participants. The activities are tailered to participants needs.
