Our main focus is to make a significant difference for people in the community.

 Expressive Art therapy is designed to improve a person's mental health and wellbeing

Creative music and arts therapy enhances self expression, increases self awareness, builds confidence and gain coping skills and resilience.  Interactive Music and Creative therapy sessions encourages individuals to use creative thinking and reflect on experiences in a supportive environment.  

Art styles within our creative program range from acrylic pourin, pinch pot making with clay, collage, soap making and more.

The program is not limited to art and is tailored to meet client’s individual goals. No previous experience with artwork is required. Rather we focus on the creative process not the end product. 

The creative counselling progam is offered online and face to face in a individual and group setting.
