Express Yourself

"Expressive Art Therapy" consists of a team of health professionals, experienced counsellors and support workers. Our goal is to make a difference to the community.  

We operate interactive music and creative arts therapy programs for groups and individuals of all ages and abilities.  

We also offer group and individual art classes, focusing on introduction to art methods and introduction to different art mediums.

We are based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Our main rooms are located in McKinnon, but we also offer sessions in your own home or online. 

Expressive Art Therapy is a Provisional Registrant with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and Registrant Provider of NDIS.
